About Casar Park

Formerly known as CASAR Park, this project has been has now been renamed to Central Coast Motorsport Park, a comprehensive home for motorsport, industry, recreation, tourism and education.

Casar Park Description

A $14 million motoring complex is stage one of this development and features a 3. 5 km tarmac race track, undercover pit garages, driver training facilities, a dual use go-kart track / simulated driving environment and associated amenities.

The primary objectives of the motoring complex are to support:
o Club-level motor sport participation
o Motoring-related tourism
o Road safety awareness
o Driver and Rider training
o Automotive skills training

Stage two will deliver a number of tourism and recreation facilities, again using the social enterprise model to enable re-investment into training and work experience opportunities.

Once completed, the Park will generate $17 million annually in economic contribution to the local economy with 200 jobs and 200 training & work experience positions onsite once fully operational, and a further 150 indirect jobs.
