My project was to totally renovate our bathroom. My wife & l were very happy with the range of products. The staff provided plenty of information about the product. Cass Brothers were very accommodating in storing our choice of products for a lengthy period due to unforeseen delay. Moreover, they were very helpful in replacing unopened & unsuitable product. In addition, we had a problem and they went way and beyond to solve it. The pricing was very competitive . We highly recommend their service & advice.

I have shopped at Cass Brothers 3 times now (more fool me). They have a great range but loose orders, don't place them, forget to follow up and have very little product knowledge. For example I paid in full for a shower screen that was supposed to take two weeks on the 28th August, it is now 7th October and I still don't have it....

Had another wonderful experience at Cass Petersham today, bought a Rinnai 26 model, already have a Rinnai 32 which works brilliantly that is why we want to buy another Rinnai, this time for a granny flat so purchased the Rinnai 26. Have been going there for yrs, so helpful particularly Michael on the plumbing counter, he certainly knows his stuff plus great customer service, thnx Cass Bros will return for future purchases...

We purchased a Rinnai hotwater unit infinity 26. Sales recommend 50 degree model which is not hot enough. We asked to change to 60 degree model but been refused.
Their manager said they would not change installed item. He just gave me Rinnai's number which would not help at all.
Winter is coming, now we have to suffer low temperature water.
We are very disappointed to Cass Brothers.
After received response from Cass Brothers, I contact their manager again. It is still no answer.

I haven't yet picked up my purchase but i just had to post a review about the wonderful service provided. Very attentive and helpful staff. And i was there during a very busy time on a Saturday.

We have purchased products from Cass Bros for a number of years. Very helpful and professional service. Expert advice and attentive to all our requirements even when we need spare parts for the smallest requirements. Highly recommended.
