Not likely to return for car servicing at Castle Hill Hyundai. Each service visit results in pressure to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars in "necessary" repairs and parts beyond the standard fixed price service. Either the five year old Santa Fe is truly a lemon or the service staff have some kind of quota they have to meet in extracting additional service revenue from each client. Either way my local mechanic will be getting future service business from now on.

Fantastic experience when getting my car serviced. Thankyou to Michael and his team for always looking after myself and my car. Always a 5 star service and this time was exactly the same. Thankyou for always taking good care with my car and being so professional. Everything was explained clearly to me by the service team all the way along, so I knew what was going on the whole time and the expected costing. I was treated in a professional manner and all staff spoke to me in a lovely manner. Thanks again! :)

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

My poor customer experience over the past 2 months. (August.Sept 2017)

Booked in a car service and was given strict times to drop off/collect: collect before 4pm. Arrived to be told they haven't started the service yet. Waited for an hour and a half which I have lost in time/money.
Staff having their own conversations while talking/serving me, their conversation seemed more important. Trying to win me over telling me they threw a lightbulb in for free 'Had to steal it from the workshop'...

Parts are required (Speaker/Actuator) that still haven't arrived, no communication 1 month later. I had to call them to investigate if these parts have arrived or delayed etc Only to be told that someone else is looking after it who is on annual leave, therefore, they can't help me and I have to call them back next week. Apparently, 'it doesn't matter anyway' as they are booked out for 2 weeks. So I guess I should feel much better?

There is a lot more, I simply cannot give these guys any more chances. VERY poor customer service, staff do not want to take responsibility, and their care factor towards you is 0. The dealer principal seems to have no control.

I will never return to this dealership and will share my experience with as many people I can in the area.

I bought an used car with one of my friends yesterday. The staff were very professional and friendly especially Alex who helped us to find our favorite cars and tried to make everything comfortable for us. Alex could sort all the issues out for us with a very good manner.

My friend and I went to this dealer and bought a hyundai Elantra. We had a perfect experience when we met Alex who went through all the details of the cars and showed a very patient and nice manner. We thank Alex as he made that so comfortable for us to choose the favourite car. He is so kind and professional. Also, I must say that John from service department makes every effort to solve your problems. He spends long time to find your vehicle fault and make you feel satisfied. Thanks to both Alex and John. This was my first time buying a Hyundai from Castle Hill Hyundai but it certainly won't be the last. The staff at Castle Hill Hyundai are friendly, knowledgeable and sincere. Alex Hennessy, who handled my sale created an atmosphere of trust and was open to negotiating on price and we settled on a deal that I was happy with. Despite a very busy schedule being a weekend I wasn't made to feel I was being rushed on my test drive and all my questions were patiently handled. The salesperson who helped us throughout the purchase of our car was very nice, happy to answer any and all questions. He and the rest of the staff were patient even though we were undecided on whether to go with Hyundai or another brand for a little while. The finance manager was very knowledgable and helpful, and explained every step of the process to me as this was my first car purchase.

Unfortunately the only complaint I had was that when we went to pick the car up, we were left waiting for 2.5hrs to actually finalise the paperwork and drive away. I was told to be there at 4pm and after being told "not much longer" for over 2 hours, I was finally able to drive my vehicle away at 6:30pm.
Would've been nice if they just called to let us know they were running late.

I bought my new car from Castle Hill Hyundai over 2 years ago and I am just as happy as I was the day I bought it. The aftermarket support has been fantastic and I highly recommend doing business with them if you are in the market for a new car. You can buy with confidence that you will be looked after both during and after the sale.
