Castle Hill Medical Centre

Biggest Medical Centre from biggest suburb in North West in private billing! Can you believe it. Reading through the excuses from web FAQ are just pure greed.

Even with no doctors on site, the receptionist still helped us organise an ambulance for us and wait with us till they arrived. We attempted to then go to another medical centre in Castle Hill that was nothing but rude and arrogant. This Centre is brand new and facility looks amazing!!

Poor customer service (as shown by their responses to the comments/complaints here).
Dr Nigel Grebert had dubious clinical skills and wrongly presumes all complex symptoms to be Anxiety due to he himself having anxiety.

Only visited here because my local family practice closed. I generally avoid medical centres and this place is a good example of why. Very impersonal feel to it, felt more like a private business. Also don't bulk bill, cost me $90 to have my 2 month old seen by the doctor for a short consultation!

For more than forty years, Castle Hill Medical Center, a home away from home, has provided us, our children and our grandchildren with extremely friendly, excellent, professional health care services. All the doctors are diligent, and caring, the staff ever helpful and understanding. For them, nothing is a problem.
It is also great to have so many other medical services at the same venue.
We look forward to continued care at the new premises.

Arrived at 6pm and waited 2 1/2 hours to see Dr Stephanie Li who was curt, spoke with a heavy accent and did not prescribe any medication. Proceeded to then charge me after hours rates as she saw us after 8pm. Please go some where else if you can.

Customer service is horrible. Lady at front desk needs to be sent to a basic course of how to interact with customers. Haven't come across such attitude and unwillingness to assist. First and last time I will voluntarily "enjoy their service".

The staffs and doctor are friendly. Fast visit when you book. Service is good.

Great having a choice of Doctors with different interest areas. Even when our preferred doctor isn't available, we've been very happy with any Doctor that we've seen. Handy having other services on site too. It would be a pain for parking during shopping hours at Xmas but the centre is open at either end of the day-so all is good!

Doctors are great here, they have a lot of parking at the back of the centre.

The doctors here know what they're talking about, and don't just repeat back to you what you tell them... Across my family, we see four different doctors here, and I can only speak highly over every single one.
