Castle Hill Showground

Nice showground , winter time good fresh vegitable market. Lot of other programs round the year.

I attended a few events here. The place is just awesome.

The showground isn't too bad, lots of space. They hold good events here throughout the year, but when there's nothing on then it's basically plain jane. There's a fair bit of parking here (but not enough for some occasions), yet the carpark needs a massive upgrade though. The bathrooms are always filthy.

These Showgrounds are well used, from fresh early winter morning monthly markets to wild fire dancing in summer evenings. Dog training, RC car racing, pigeon fanciers club house, martial arts and a theatre to boot. Unfortunately the yearly Castle Hill show had it's last event in 2016 and now only a school childrens' version is held. Several buildings and rings on the grounds can be hired for functions or other events.
Lets hope these grounds remain available to the public in the Hills for some time to come.

Great spave a little rundown mow

Huge place to host events. Great ambience and lots of parking space

We went there for circus. No good parking available. In the night, but all the places in parking is well lit. Bit deserted.

Good sporting ground, lots of parking space and plenty of seating for spectators with good lighting for nightime games

Always something going on here, great farmers market 2nd & 4th Saturday each month

It's a very good place, well maintained and all, however there is an event for the Orange Blossom Festival it is stunning. There is also a food Market on the fourth Saturday of each month.It seems a bit bland maybe a garden or a park would be nice, but you have to save space for what it's really for

I hope the council keep the wants and needs of the community in mind during future developments.

Usually quite clean. Roads could use some work. But otherwise a nice place to spend an afternoon.
