What is the email for this place? I need to find the email of Dr S Ahmed.

On one occasion one of the doctors I seen a few times she was rude to me so I wouldn't recommend this place. Based on some of the other reviews I read where if I was the one getting unwell from the wrong medication or dose then criminal charges I'd press if I had a choice

Booked online in advanced and when I called to confirm, they said I had no appointment made. I was genuinely confused and just wanted to find out where I made the mistake when making my booking. The receptionist was so rude and immediately brushed me off and claimed I had booked for somewhere else. When I waned to clarify further she just went off at me and said 'we can argue all day or we can just make a booking for you'. I definitely wasn't argueing or raising my voice-I was genuinely confused and was just asking questions because she wasn't explaining herself properly! Also, I even have a confirmation that my booking was made at this exact place so don't even try to argue that!

The receptionist was very polite however the doctor almost KILLED me. When she prescribed me with antibiotics she confirmed my Penicillin allergy which I watched her type in. The doctor then printed out a script for Penicillin based medication. I didn't notice, wrongly assuming that she knew what she was doing, and then went into the chemist to fill my script. Leaving the chemist I almost took the first pill but luckily saw the word Amoxicillin on the box before putting the tablet in my mouth. I immediately returned to the chemist and the doctor with a rash spreading over the palm of my hand where I had touched the medication.

The doctor was not very sincere about her apology for almost killing me.
The attached chemist however could not stop apologising even though it wasn't really their fault.

I would NOT recommend going to this medical centre. If a doctor can't remember a life threatening allergy 2 minutes after hearing it and typing it into a computer I would not put my life in their hands.

Have been seeing Dr Erum Hanif for years now. I value her attention to detail. Sure she almost always runs over on the appointments and can be a bit of a wait. She is the best GP I have ever had. Takes her time and listens and has always referred me to the best specialists

The worst medical centre I have ever been to. No date of birth confirmed, no signature taken. I walked in for a simple medical certificate and they had to print it 3 times before they got it. Still? I could have been anyone because they havent identified who I was. Then no consideration was taken for my actual condition... no blood pressure taken, no questioning my family medical history. Nada.

In conclusion, no care was taken in identifying me, who I was, what my issue was or if they could help or not. They just bulk billed me, took my money and said cya.

I wouldn't bring any real medical conditions to this practice if you actually want them diagnosed.
