Cottage beds: Two queen bedrooms (one with ensuite), one twin room, a double sofa lounge.
Shed beds: Queen, double bunk, king single in common area. Separate room has a King bed, claw foot bath /shower and separate toilet. shed is insulated, air conditioned, with a wood fire, table tennis and darts board - it's a fight for who stays in the shed! Maximum capacity for the property is sixteen people.
