They forgot to the MRI report for my specialist so when I got to my appointment there was no report for my doctor to read. Very pissed off about this.

Went there for an MRI on my knee. Service was fast and the staff were nice. Since I was there by recommendation of my specialist I was able to bulk bill the MRI.

All good, easy to deal with. Sometimes there is a wait, but thats expected.

Spent over two hours waiting to get a simple scan done that was booked in weeks previously, no warning from staff that there were delays. What a waste of time.

I have had 4 MRI's at different locations in Sydney over the last couple of years and I must say this office has provided me with the best service. The staff were fantastic. I would highly recommend.

I just spoke to the loveliest receptionist at Castlereagh Imaging who couldn't have done more to help me and my disabled son regarding equipment, booking, parking and payment. Much appreciated!

Customer service is zero .Had to go for my wife's ultrasound at westmead centre and the staff at the reception are very arrogant and no customer service at all..Castlereagh as a brand is good but the RECEPTION staff at westmead are very rude..I wish I can give them zero stars...But the lady who has done my wife's ultrasound is fantastic ,very patient,calm and polite.....If the senior management is reading this review I will ask them to visit the centre undercover to see the RECEPTION staff's customer service.

Had to wait too long and un professional reception service.

Extremely professional setup. Lovely staff. For the few people who have to wait 20-60 minutes: it means they won't rush when it's your turn.

Have to wait half an hour after an appointment..

Prior to my appointment I was very anxious to have an MRI done, I was nearly not going to go through with it.

The staff at Castlereagh were so kind and helped me get through the lengthy process. They were prompt on time and happy to answer any questions I had.

They also offered me a coffee after my MRI which I thought was great!

I come to the same place to do my mammogram and ultrasound from 2011. Past 6 years I have never ask or enquired about the free mammogram or ultrasound, I understood that a private business. When I booked for my annual mammogram and ultrasound they told, that the cost will be $350. When the scan get done the actual price was $400. I understand $50 may not be much,but what the point in lying,and this not the first time,as the something happened last year. The lady behind the counter explained to me that I'm "different" and different final price. I'm very disappointed in the customer service.
