Cataract Dam

Very good place for outing. Has few BBQ place, kids play area. Few shaded sitting areas with hot water availability. Good toilet facilities.

Great location open to the public, large park area with seating, BBQs and a playground. With plenty of space to play games and bring the whole family along. Free access, parking, and access to the Dam.

A very picturesque dam to visit. I really enjoyed spending time walking along the dam wall taking in the view, and exploring the grounds around the dam.

This dam is not quite like the others and had a very unique view. Good for photos, picnics or outings in general. Definitely worth the visit.

Beautiful place came here today for first time with family. Had a barbecue my girls had time of there life. Best day ever.

Awesome view, good picnic spot

Sydney is ringed by some great old dams and a couple of more modern ones. Cataract is gorgeous and its surrounds including places to picnic and barbecue are definitely worth visiting.

Now that we can't visit wrragamba dam anymore this place is the next best thing. On second thought its even better.
