I am a Registered Psychologist specialising in psychometric assessment and coaching. I work with leaders from executive level to emerging, as well as individuals working to realise their professional goals. I have particular expertise in the use of psychometric and behavioural assessment for selection and to enhance leadership development and I am accredited and highly experienced in interpreting many industry leading assessment tools. I regularly facilitate workshops for leaders with the purpose of building self-insight, planning for development and optimising interpersonal interactions. I am an experienced organisational coach and I use evidence based coaching techniques to help my clients develop self-awareness, achieve their goals and reach their potential.
