We stayed here recently at the newer section it was decent size room and all modern facilities. Just don’t like the fact that there’s no lounge to sit on. Plenty of breakfast food choices and it’s great!

Absolutely fantastic and wonderfully clean/modern hotel rooms for the money. Highly recommended. Complimentary Nespresso pods were much appreciated!

With motel and serviced apartment options, an indoor and outdoor pool, and just enough parking, this is a very decent Dubbo option. The rooms are well maintained and modern, though the supplied toiletries are at the very budget end so bring your own if that's important to you. Great location, especially if you're on a bike looking for an easy entry to the cycleway.
