Cavallaro Cakes

Cakes are delicious, but service is shocking. I was served by an older lady with black hair and fringe and it was the most shocking customer service I've ever received. If I hadn't prepaid $100 + for my cakes I would have walked away. NEVER AGAIN. Rude and unhelpful.

They have great cakes and desserts.

Came here for birthday cakes several times a year so I got a loyalty card where after 8 signature cake purchases you get the 9th one free (to the value of $40). Today I went in (would've been my 8th) and was told they don't do loyalty anymore and haven't done so for years, even though I got a stamp and a hole punch last year. For a company to have started in 1981 and to suddenly stop loyalty programs whilst continuing to trade under the same name is such a slap in the face to loyal customers and has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Will not be returning.
