Cbd Dental

Had since major dental work here a while back and the team were excellent and friendly.

Had a filling there and it fell out 3 months later. Very very unimpressed wouldn't recommend or ever go back.

I went to CBD Dental today as most people I wasn't looking forward to it , I was apprehensive having had bad experiences with other Dentists previously as the whole experience was not pleasent. I was treated by Dr Jack Raval who I could not recommend highly enough he was compassionate reassuring and thoroughly proffesional . I did not have any pain or discomfort at all and would not hesitate recommending him or CBD. The whole experience was excellent and thoroughly commendable .

I made an appointment for my 8 year old son to have a tooth looked at that was black and not coming out. My son needed an X-ray and the dentist who was a lady shoved a mouth piece in his mouth and he started to gag. He told them he was going to be sick at least 4 times in which they just stood there doing nothing. I took him over to the sink in which he was sick. The dentist was so rude and said that it was a spit sink and they were going to have to clean that up and she didn't know he was so SENSITIVE. Then when she did it the next time slowly he was fine. When he needed to have a needle in his mouth she didn't even tell him and just shoved it in and my son nearly jumped through the roof. There were NO words of encouragement or praise throughout and she didn't say anything to him once they removed his tooth. I was too busy worrying about my son to cause a scene on the day. But SHAME ON YOU CBD DENTAL, you may have a dinosaur chair but your skills with children are shameful to say the least. I tell everyone about what poor service my poor son had. I have been looked after better and he is a CHILD. Do not go to CBD dental!!

2 years ago i visited CBD dental and had two fillings done, i had no trouble with them until a week ago and and decided to book an appointment to see them about the pain i had from those two teeth that were filled. I was unable to get a booking in as they were full so i went to another dentist. i had an X-ray done of my two teeth that were filled by the people at CBD it was clear that one of the fillings was not done correctly. The dentist explained to me that it was obvious the decay was not cleaned out and a filling was just placed over the decay. the decay was that close to the nerve i had to have my tooth removed. when the tooth was extracted she showed me the tooth and it was obvious by the rotting on the tooth that the filling was not done correctly. I work in the health proffession i am a registered nurse and the public put all trust in this proffesion and it dissapoints me when you have faith in someone and pay huge amounts of money to have something done and it wasn't done correctly. Although this was the case the staff and dentist that performed the procedure were lovely and couldn't fault them on that behalf.
