Business Performance Evaluations:
Let our CBD Industries’ experts discretely dine at your Ristoranté /Café /Bistro / during your busiest hours reviewing all significant points relating to the restaurant appearance, menu analysis, service, wait staff attitudes and techniques throughout the dining experience. We will also review food presentation, taste and quality, payment handling, liquor licensing legislation matters (as per LA2007 & LR2008) and more. Let us meet with you once we have finalised our evaluations and observations.
Everything is observed and evaluated through a fresh pair of eyes. A final report noting areas of strength and weaknesses will be provided in great detail to you. The report will contain useful information for upgrading and improving the dining experience for your patrons, offering a starting point for your future success.
Customised In-house Training & Assessment:
We also do evaluations on Business Performance Evaluation & once we have discussed the key areas that we both feel that need to be adjusted in staff training, we will develop a customised training package that addresses the required areas identified as key areas of further development. Once finalised, we will deliver the training within your establishment or off site. This will include complete assessments of each participant. The training will be modelled from the current Hospitality packages as per Vocational Education and Training Australia (www. training. gov. au). We can also arrange for your current and /or new staff to go through their RSA and or RCG Courses as per OLGR requirements.

Quality Staffing Solutions
If your establishment has been struggling with staff retention& has experienced issues with choosing suitable staff for the job, CBD Industries can assist your business with a variety of staffing options. This begins with the pre-screening of applicants, right through to the interview process.
We (myself and /or one of my consultants) will discuss in detail with you exactly what your establishment’s most effective staffing requirements are & assist you with the recruitment process. We will pre-screen the applicants, cull and present a shortlist for an interview. After the interview we will work through the hiring process with you to ensure that the applicant is the applicant(s) most suited to the positions that are required.
CBD Industries’ network of industry professionals in Hospitality may also have suitable applicants for the positions you have available and we will consult with them on your behalf when performing any staffing services for you.
