I'm not open to write many reviews online, good or bad. But seriously, terrible service. First they didn't recognise properly my previous level of cover and I had to fight to get my maternity services without waiting period while I was already pregnant and this was extremely stressful. Then they promise things for you to sign up and you have to follow up many times for it to be done, like their gift cards for referral... You contact them and their customer service officers are all very nice but there is no follow up whatsoever and it's extremely frustrating. I'm a CBA employee and I love it, never had an issue with CBA, but forget CBHS!

Very poor customer experience with me also. Not flexible, willing to listen, or determined to put the customer at the centre. Regretting every minute of signing up with them

Online Chat support is terrible. Half way through a chat no response for 5 minutes

Good product and insurance provider backed by appalling infrastructure and service. A very poor customer experience.

Love cbhs easy claim and customer service 5 star and excellent limits and premium

Poor customer experience which has deteriorated significantly with time. Would not recommend on the basis of service.
