Where do I start? Bree was amazing this whole weekend away was a suprise for me from my partner.
Bree helped him organise everything from a beautiful dinner brought to our villa to massages in our rooms. We stayed in the vue which was hands down the most beautiful, romantic, secluded place I was ever been not only was this place beautiful. Beau asked me to marry him here! We will be back on our wedding night.

We had a booking here for our wedding night. We had paid $900 for the first night upfront. After our wedding reception we called them to head over, at which point we were told we had no booking. So we went home. On monday morning we were called demanding payment for the 2nd night, at which point we were told there is 2 hotels in the same area with the same name. From this point i refused to pay and we were threatined. We then had the police call us after they had tried to debit our card without our authorisation. The police said we havnt done anything wrong. The barriage of phone calls continued after they figured that they couldnt take our money and i told these people to taje legal action and i will seek retribution for the first night as well. These businesses should be capable of advising to try the other resort in this case however the behaviour of this hotel is discusting in our case, no sign of professionalism whatsoever.
