Centaur Property was established in 2012 and is a leading Australian real estate debt fund manager with over $1. 5 billion in gross funds under management. Centaur has raised four successful wholesale real estate debt funds specialising in the provision of sub $20m real estate backed senior and mezzanine loans to the Australian property development sector. To date, the firm has provided funding to over 260 property development projects throughout Australia. Centaur is now investing through its fourth fund which held a final close in July 2022 with commitments of $286m. Centaur's current investors include industry superannuation funds as well as family office and high net worth investors. Centaur is also able to facilitate co-investment opportunities alongside fund investments and will launch it fifth fund in late 2023.
