So there it is - critique fairly in an unbiased manner so that we can all get the most out of this page. Provide clear pictures, tag the establishment accurately, and give as much info as you can. Hospitality establishments can use this to 'tweak' their own goods and services.

If the establishment in question has an answer or is able to provide a reason your experience was either good, bad or indifferent, then this is a forum they can provide information.

I won't tolerate obviously unfair nor personal attacks, and if you have a conflict of interest, that's fine, but you must state it clearly. . . . ie 'I used to work there and feel unfairly treated by management so will rate it s*$t. . . . . ' That's not on! ! Its your barrow to push, don't inflict negative vibes for personal gain. . . . . .
