Despite advertising fixed price services we were invoiced additional charges of nearly $400. We were offered "help"with our inquiries regarding our settlement negotiations but later found they were simply being added to the bill.
When we attempted to resolve the matter we received poor customer service and unpleasant emails.
We would not recommend this firm for their customer service shortfalls.
