Central Coast Drum Academy was launched in 2015 by Central Coast drummer Ryan Mathison. Ryan has been teaching for the past 6 years and in this time, Ryan studied at JMC Academy in Sydney where he completed a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Performance and completed his CPM AMEB Drum Grades which he passed with Distinctions.

Ryan is a passionate teacher who believes that an even mixture of fun and education is key to becoming a great player. Ryan teaches from his home studio in Blue Haven and is able to cover a range of styles and genres to suit your goals. Central Coast Drum Academy offers 30, 45 minute and 1 hour lesson slots.

Our studio is fully air conditioned, comfortable and very spacious. Parents /family /guests are more than welcome to sit in on lessons.
