Centre For Real Description
The Centre for Real has the goal to help all humans become more Resilient, Emotionally Aware and Learn about their ways of showing up in the world. Sharon Van den Broek is a fully qualified Equine Experiential Learning (EEL) Facilitator who, along with a wonderful Herd of Horses at her property in Northern NSW, offer assistance to humans through one on one sessions. EEL has proven itself to be a very therapeutic and effective way for humans to learn self-regulation, which builds resilience and leads us to greater joy in our lives. If you are needing help with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Emotional Instability, Sadness, Grief or just generally not coping with life, then I invite you to contact us today. The Centre is also available for hire for suitable workshops and events.
