Daily affirmation practice:
It takes 3 weeks to create a new habit, so start your day with intention and a positive mind set.
Step 1: Choose your affirmation,
... Step 2: From the moment you wake up, repeat your affirmation.
Step 3: Repeat, repeat, repeat
Here are a few affirmations you could try from Louise L Hay:
• I love myself just the way I am. • Life supports me in every possible way. • My heart is open, I speak with loving words. • I forgive myself and set myself free. • Love is everywhere, and I am loving and lovable
