Centre Health Complex (Permanently Closed)

The Receptionist has appalling service made appointment to have a form filled out was then told that the dr I was booked with couldn't fill out forms! "Can they not read" do they have a medical licence? Then the Dr that they booked for me to see was running 1hr late! At 9am in the morning really! Honestly the worst experience for a medical facility ever!

Poor treatment on 2 occasions one which almost cost me my life thank god for gut feelings & second opinion. Second time another serious issue but was brushed off now seeing a specialist for something that could of been treated the first go. Staff get confused with appointments very unprofessional & inappropriate. A formal complaint to the Health Commission.

Receptionist was very rude I asked to see doctor from my last visit abruptly telling me i should make an appointment I said forget it I'll go to another GP.
Never again I'll step foot in that place.

The Doctor I see is beyond criticism. The administration of the practice is appalling. Because my Doctor takes the time with each patient to provide them with proper medical "care" (he is truly beyond reproach) he often runs late, but if I can telephone and find out how late is he is running I don't care. Today however, I called 1 hour before by appointment and I was left listening to a recorded message for 30 minutes. I was told my doctor was running behind schedule and to call again in an hour. I did so to again listen to the recorded message for more than 40 minutes. When I spoke to the women at reception about my problem with the telephone service I was told that I should know that my doctor is always running late. I explained that I am not concerned about my doctor running late, I am concerned about the poor service when I try to call. I did not get so much as an apology. I asked for the name of the manager and was told he does not work after hours. I have his details and I will have to call him on the same telephone number I called today to listen to 70 minutes of a recorded message. I will persevere and make my complaint.

A new receptionist! With lovely manners and acknowledging patients, smiling and greeting with a clear voice. I hope she doesn't follow the others by mumbling, no eye contact and making patients stand waiting.
