I met to The staff was like a 16th century feudal European evil magistrate. She didn"t do any big deal work, however, just her behavior was sooooo BIG.

Received replacement Commonwealth Senior Card on August 8th 2017, with new card dated to expire 30th September 2017, yes due to expire in 53 days time!!! tried calling Centrelink on their 1300 number, 1 hour later gave up in frustration and disgust.

Incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. As if you are being punished for coming here

They really dont help u enough.
Th3y need a system where medicare is in 1 line and centerlink in other.
More staff need for growing issues and population.

Yes, I did wait for about half an hour, but the staff have been pretty helpful and patient. The system was down when I was there, so she couldn't complete my application on the spot. But surprise surprise, she did call me back later that day to follow up on my enquiry.

Love how they have this sign saying pls don't be rude to our staff, totally agree we should treat one another with courtesy and respect, but this just shows how atrocious their services are causing people being fed up.

For simple CRN I had to go back 3 times each with an hour and half wait, was given wrong info and form first time round.

Never seen such horrendous service, total waste of our tax money. Only if it's 10% of the efficiency of the ATO the world is a much better place.

This is a black hole. Time is meaningless from the moment you step inside.

Dirty seating area and centre link in general. Manual queuing system with no progress or estimation on likely waiting time. Service was good but extremely slow. Poor signs for parents feeding and absolutely joke of a call out for queue.
