Cerebral Palsy Alliance

About Cerebral Palsy Alliance

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is an Australia organisation that provides support for people living with disabilities and their families.

Cerebral Palsy Alliance Description

Cerebral Palsy Alliance provides essential services and equipment for families who are living with disabilities. This can mean providing anything from an electric wheelchair to regular physiotherapy.

No matter what form it takes, assistance from Cerebral Palsy Alliance makes life better for these families every single day.

In addition to supporting people living with disabilities, Cerebral Palsy Alliance also conducts ongoing research. This not only focuses on finding the cause and prevention of cerebral palsy, it also helps find treatments that improve life for those who are already living with CP.

We hosted a very special event this morning in celebration of the icare NSW Foundation investing $1.5 million in funding to our Remarkable Accelerator Program over the next three years.
Emerging start-ups showcased the latest in disability tech and we had some amazing guests including Dominic Perrottet MP and Naomi Simpson!
Remarkable is Australia’s leading disability-tech accelerator and supports technology start-ups who develop solutions for people living with disability, by providing seed funding, mentoring, pitch coaching, access to investor networks, expertise and guidance.

Thanks to the generosity of Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation, we’re the proud owners of some amazing new gear!
Carter looks thrilled and we think Dad, Alex, summed it up pretty well. “Kid first, disability second.”

Never again, they allow people to make donations from other peoples accounts. A donation was taken from my account without permission or consent and they refuse to pay it back. The name of the donator and the name on the account billed were different. Why do they allow this, are they not guilty of aiding in the commitment of fraud and or theft?

A great organisation and place to work. Has really changed my view of the community since moving over from the private sector. The changes to the NDIS will also be challenging and I personally hope beneficial to all.
