Certify is a collaborative, cloud-based project & document management system for green building projects. Designed to make the gruelling building certification process simple. A huge amount of documentation is required for the world's leading green rating certifications (LEED, Green Star, BREEAM), which is currently emailed between project managers and services providers - and tracked using Excel. Certify completely removes the need for files to be emailed, as well as allowing project managers to assign tasks to service providers in order to reduce the manual workflow of the mangers. Certify also provides a project management overview for the manager so they can see at a glance how their certification process is tracking.
