We could not see our GP within a certain time frame and it was only for 4 yo immunisations. The Nurse was awesome but the Doctor...was rude ,condescending and we ended up walking out on him. We felt like he was looking down on us , no empathy or any kind of human interaction.
I found later that this doctor was the Clinical Director who had been there for 1 year. Doctors like this IMHO are not suited for families.
Dedicated drs, nurses and staff, clean comfortable waiting area, clean toilets, good car parking available, accessible.
Every time I've been there, all members of the staff have been friendly and professional. Waiting time can be a little much, but it's understandable.
