Car hasn't arrived. I had made arrangements to pick it up based on a phone call the day prior to delivery, only to find out on the day of "delivery" that the truck was still in Canberra and wont arrive until after hours. I can't get a definite time for when the car will be delivered so I can arrange to pick it up.

What a bumberling mess this company is!

Was told the car will be in Sydney today; day off work, planned things for the vehicle booked in, and I get dropped off at Villawood to collect it only to find out it's still in Adelaide.

Way below expectations!

So they damage my car and then refuse to take responsibility for it. A cracked window is not covered because apparently it is "minor" stone damage. And fresh scrapes on my bumper are classified as existing damage... Absolute BS would not recommend AT ALL. Would be handy if they even bothered to reply to me?

Do not use these people for transporting anything!!! I have moved two cars with them, I was told 11 working days for both and each one took over a month to get to it's destination. There was no explanation as to why it took so long. Both cars had scratches, scrapes, chips and marks in the interior. Tried to go through their insurance section and got told to bugger off, they would not fix anything. Did not get a copy of the condition report when dropping either car off like I found out I was meant to, don't touch them.

As good as they get. Friendly service at the counter. Everyone uses CEVA

If you want your car destroyed beyond repair then use CEVA. The destroyed 2 of my cars and refused to admit liability. When they finally notified me that one of my show cars had caught fire while they were moving it in their Sydney yard, they abruptly told me that it was just "My Bad Luck". They did not even notify me that they had smashed the front end in on the Corvette. They just delivered it smashed and then tried to tell me that they did not smash it even though their own inspection check list they did when picking the cars up showed both cars were in perfect condition. The repair bill for the Corvette was almost $5000 and for the burnt show car Written Off.
