Chôra is a space for strategic renewal. \\Organisations are now in a context of complex and emergent change. Leaders recognise the need to adapt and transform, seeking to understand what is changing, why it matters and how to respond. \\Existing innovation approaches are not helping organisations and institutions avoid disruption nor enabling them to change themselves. Resources aren't efficiently allocated to innovation where robust rationales for why, where and how to innovate are missing. Transformation efforts often hold to the assumptions of the existing business model and don't make space for adaptation and renewal of the whole. \\Chôra takes a portfolio-based approach to managing this context of constant change. We work with organisations to design Portfolios of Strategic Options that equip them with strategic intelligence and generate possibilities for genuine renewal. \\These Strategic Options establish learning positions with a diverse network of entrepreneurs, technologists, researchers and designers. Options provide a mechanism to explore emerging change from multiple perspectives and to deliver the experience, intelligence, models and resources necessary for strategic renewal. \\Our Framework enables organisations to make sense of relevant external change, creating the intent and arguments needed for strategic decision making in uncertainty. \\Chôra is a space for organisational and institutional renewal in an ever-changing context.
