Great range of bikes and great service.

I have bought everything from clothing to a bike from this shop over the last 3 years. The service has always been excellent and the staff are beyond helpful. I just got the first service done on my new bike and the mechanic explained everything before the service and ran me through what he had done when finished. You can easily get parking on the street or they have customer parking if your buying a bike and need to be there a while. As a bonus I love going to Cronulla as you can go to the shops, head for a walk along the beach or get a great meal. Thank you for the fantastic service Chain Reaction, see you guys again soon

Popped in on Sunday to drop my bike off for a bit of an overhaul, staff were super friendly and keen to help me out with getting back in the saddle, spent an hour in the shop talking bikes in general, very enjoyable morning. Highly Recommend.

I was left waiting a while. The person I spoke to was not friendly and just looked annoyed to be there.

About a year ago I bought a new bike and ever since I have had so many issues with it. One of my bad experiences was when I took my bike in for a service and chain reaction sent a text message saying that my bike was ready to be picked up so I go in to pick it up. So I walk in the shop and ask for my bike that has just finished its service so they give it to me and I ride it home then realised that they haven't even done anything to it. So I take it back in and they said that they haven't serviced it yet and thay said I basically just took the bike from them.
LIKE WHAT THE F**K!!!
YOU WAST MY F**KING TIME TO GO ALL THE WAY TO YOUR SHOP AND THEN YOU TELL ME THAT YOU HAVEN'T EVEN TOUCHED THE BIKE AFTER IT HAS BEEN THERE FOR A WEEK!!!

Very rude service, I asked to book the bike I purchased from them in for its free first service only to be told that it was over 3 months so it was no longer valid. I assured them that I was not told about this at purchase and the woman basically called me a liar.Ironically I was going to buy my son a bike whilst in the shop getting the service done but that will obviously not happen.

The service team did a brilliant job on my two bikes. Could not ask for more. The price was very reasonable also. Happy to recommend Chain Reaction Cronulla.
