Chalet Swisse Spa

Spent the weekend here with my husband, it's a beautiful place to get back to nature and enjoy the peace and quiet and the staff are more than friendly

The couple that run this place are absolutely lovely. The spa in the spa cabin fits two people even if one of them is very tall (I'm 2 metres tall). The grounds are gorgeous and Batemans Bay is only a 10 minute drive away. In the cabins, 4g and wifi are a bit patchy, which is great 90% of the time, my girlfriend and I wanted to get away from the city and work emails anyway. Though it might be a little challenging if you want to plan anything from your room, Wifi is available in the Chalet though so it's not like it is a great catastrophe by any means. Kangaroos can also be spotted on the grounds in the morning as well as at dusk. This place is perfect for a long weekend away from the city.

I fall in love with this place!!! Is like going to Europe without getting out of Australia. Beatiful view of the ocean, lovely and cozy venues. The rooms look like out of a fairy tale (so their size was not an issue). And they were very clean. Plus the staff attention was magnificent and personalized. And the cherry of the place is it's humble but delicious included breakfast, served by the owners themselves. Didn't got to try the pool or sauna. So, dying to come back soon. Pay a visit to Herbert and Elizabeth and you will also fall in love with them and this little NSW treasure too..

Im sure if we ever got there it would have been lovely.
We phoned to check a booking we had made online for over new year was correct as the confirmation email was unclear. We were told that it was not right but to cancel that booking and make another one directly with them over the phone. We explained there were 4 of us we wanted the two adjoining rooms, how much would that be for three nights? $690 and half would be taken at time of booking. We agreed to this and the payment was taken and we were really looking Forward to getting there to treat my parents who were coming over from the UK. We then got a phone call 6 hours later to say they had made a mistake and charged us for only 3 people and we would need to pay an extra $120. As far as we are concerned, that was their mistake and we had made an agreement. We quite clearly told them multiple times that there were four of us and even told them how my parents were coming over from the uk. They told us they would give us a discount of 10% which would make it $810????!!!! How is $10 dollars out of $820 ten percent?! Awful customer service. Would not recommend it.

My two sons and i had a very relaxing holiday. You are ten minutes from Batemans Bay which is perfect because you don't hear the traffic and people coming and going. You can hear a diverse range of birds and wild life. The bush setting is perfect. Elizabeth and Herbert are willing to do what ever it takes to make your stay everything you want it to be. Thank you for all your wise words.
