Canberra funksters East Row Rabble deliver a slick mix of funk, reggae, blues and soul with upbeat party horn lines. Addressing a mixture of world issues and daily curiosities, Front man Ben Drysdale’s songs explore the many, varied, and often conflicting elements of any situation with honesty, hope, and a little cheekiness. Drysdale and co. are hitting the road in July with a mixture of duo and band shows to tour the new self titled EP from his funk, soul and blues band "Eas...t Row Rabble". The tour includes band shows in Sydney (Lazybones July7) and Wollongong (The Chambers July 21) and Duo shows in Lismore (Gollam Hotel July 11), Maroochydore (Sol Bar July 14), and Yandina (The Shared July 15) before returning to Canberra for a homecoming gig with the Rabble supporting Tijuana Cartel (The Basement July 28).
Heroes and the rude are a reggae band from Wollongong Australia , their blend of members ranging from rock / roots / to hip hop giving them a unique fusion of high energy and catchy melodic melodies will be sure to bring the party to any occasion . Their own breed of reggae hip hop is quickly spreading to catch the attention of a large range of musical interests, leave the ego at the door and let the vibe of the reggae bass line feed the need for something different.
