Champion Mentors

Champion Mentors is a fully inclusive service for people living with disabilities from the age of 12 years onwards. As NDIS providers our focus is on helping our clients develop skills that promote and support social, recreational and community participation. By providing adventure therapy and mentoring, we encourage every individual to make their dreams happen. Champion Mentors offers a wide range of high-quality support and care programs covering: life skills, adventure therapy, special interests, recreation and fun activity days. The team at Champion Mentors have a passion to mentor young adults with the skills required to participate and function in a variety of social settings. Our Service List below contains a variety of tried and tested programs that have proven to be very successful with our participants. Champion Mentors acknowledge all participants as individuals, and we are happy to modify any program on our service list or develop a new program to meet the needs of our participants. Programs can be delivered for the individual or as part of a group experience.
