For the price you're paying you'd expect service better than your local supermarket. Worst service ever.

Worse service & treatment. Sales assistant was so snobby and made me vow to never give my business to this shop in Sydney.

Terrible services ever in Australia. I was wait for half an hour but no one serve me. After a lady with her Big PRADA entered , one of the staff come to her immediately and just ignored me at alllllll! I was so angry and she even didn't give me an apologize. I said thank you the staff for their 'kind' services but only received a phoney smile.

"Classic channel store": overcrowded as everywhere in the world, have to wait at least half an hour, the assistant was not helpful and was unbelievably unfriendly,
But overall I'm happy I could find what I was looking for, because in Europe it was already old colletion.

It is chanel shop in nsw australia such flea market but the service is worse than the flea market.

I have never experienced such a service. Also westfield chanel staffs are very rude, impolite.
I do not go anymore to chanel for buying whatever..then I bought bag and wallet at Ysl. I share about the ugly chanel with my friends as well.
It is not anymore luxurious shop to chanel. Bye bye..
