Change Ways Psychology is a private psychology practice dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of adults & young people using evidence-based interventions. Dr Jasmine Green is an advocate for people - not just strategies & techniques. She supports people to be an agent of change in their own life. Change Ways Psychology aims to assist people to find a more helpful way of responding to the issues that ‘get in the way’ of living the life they want for themselves.
Dr Green's approach & interventions are drawn from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to:
Cognitive-Behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Perinatal Non-Directive Counselling, Positive Psychology
Dr Green can provide psychological services to young people & adults with any of the following presenting problems:
