For IT Vendors and Distribution organisations; both niche and broadline, local and global, effectiveness is often determined by the quality of the relationships that are in place in the Supply Chain. IT Vendors, Channel Partners, Alliance Partners and Distributors are all intertwined. As with any team endeavour, if one part of that consortium is out of synchronisation, productivity will be lost. A team that has all the pointers in the same direction will be an effective team. Often, failing or sub-optimal relationships are not that way because of poor intentions, but rather, poor execution of the operational aspects of the relationship. Channel Therapy has been founded to facilitate and foster environments for the building of productive relationships between IT Distributors, IT Vendors and associated Channel Partners. By facilitating a balance between strategic and operational objectives for their partnerships, Channel Therapy aims to assist thes supply chain organisations in growing their relevance, reach and range in their chosen markets.
