This doctor's surgery is great. The doctors here are always concern about your health n wellbeing.. They always talk you through what they think is wrong..

An hour and a half wait so far on a Saturday morning and only 2 ppl have been seen. 15min appointments taking 45mins+ each...1 doctor on, full waiting room and incredibly slow :(

Friendly staff and wonderful doctors who actually care about your wellbeing

They have a little area for the kids to play which is nice, the waiting room is comfortable, and the staff are friendly and professional

Good but need to wait longer to see GP.

Called in the morning to see if i could make an appt and was told to wait until after lunch to come in and wait.
Came in after lunch to be told there are no more appts available apparently i could of put my name down earlier in the day. Have wasted 3 hours and still have no medical assistance. Really poor service go somewhere else.

I went in to the surgery once to make an appointment, and tried again over the phone. Found the reception staff so disinterested and actively unhelpful, that I couldn't justify spending my money going to this surgery. Doesn't reflect a good attitude to patient care if even the first point of contact can't be bothered.
Went to the bulk-billing surgery around the corner instead, had professional service from reception, and very efficient service from GP and specialists on site.
