I'm Charlotte and I have four years of restaurant kitchen experience with a Cert IV Diploma in commercial cookery. Unfortunately my own allergies have forced me to seek other arenas away from the commercial kitchen.

I am passionate about catering for all, especially those who are limited by allergies or intolerances. From personal and commercial experience I have become proficient at replacing ingredients whilst maintaing the original flavours of a dish. Above all, I can provide risk free catering for events of all sizes and different menus.

Having worked with some of Australia's best Chefs I have the determination and ability to perform to a high standard at every occasion.
