Really fail to see why anyone would give this a positive rating. One thing to note as soon as you walk on , staff are REALLY surly.

Don’t go there early morning if you don’t want to see a very disinterested bored order person and a grumpy barista shouting orders to other staff over and over.

Coffee very ordinary and takes forever. Menu that is attempting to be some sort of “new age” trendy organic is not worth bothering about.

Reasonable coffee and food, although the service could do with a lift. We were early in for coffee and a bite, and although the staff member may have been stressed with other staff still to arrive, it doesn't take much to adopt a friendly approach and smile.

This place has one of the best Margherita pizzas I have tried anywhere. Their hot chocolate is always a favourite with the kids, as well.

Great menu however very slow food service.

Cool place with nice looking food, however I've only been here for the coffee so far. The coffee is very nice, quite strong which I like. Good service and atmosphere.

Efficient service with helpful and friendly staff. They have a passion for coffee, giving details of the coffee's point of origin and roasting processes that have been used. The food is fresh and imaginative with a selection of breads, scrolls and pastries that are very appealing. Well used by locals with a faithful customer base. Great atmosphere with seating inside and out. Seating has character and a nice touch is always the flower arrangements on each table.

Very loud with all windows open onto a busy intersection. They got the order wrong on 2 meals, forgot one meal so it arrived half hour late, ran out of a lot of ingredients and shell in the egg. Not ideal but the staff were nice enough, just wouldn't go back.

The food is good the coffee is awful and the service is abysmall. They forgot our order twice in two visits a week apart. So it doesn't seem like one off. Both times I had to go and intervene. The staff is also very unfriendly like they are not paid or similar. So won't be visiting this spot anymore. Plenty of others in Crows Nest.
