Miss Taiwan's tea

After a change in management along with the new renovations, the service has improved on what was noticibly slow and unprofessional to a set of fast hands although customer interaction could do with a little improvement. The drinks here are reasonably priced so it balances it out.

Would recommend the thai milk tea.

Great regular milk tea, but don't get the taro milk tea as it's always grainy/powdery like at any ChaTime store.

Today, i got the taro milk tea from the Eastwood branch and you could taste the particles and powder that has somehow not yet been dissolved. All the other numerous chatime drinks that i often bought from other branches (burwood, strathfield, city) were completely fine. It tasted very wierd so i went back to complain. However, the cashier stated "It's completely normal, next time just ask for it to be less powdery". I was momentarily in awe. How was i supposed to know that you had to require for it to be less powdery for it to taste like a normal drink? I'm pretty sure that everyone just asks for a "regular pearl milk tea".
After that, the cashier lady poured it into a small cup, tried it, told me it was normal and just gave it back to me with no apology whatsoever.

1) I am very sure it is powdery when - every sip you take, you have a mouthful of particles and undissolved powder LOL . Also, this is not my first time buying it so i have tasted numerous versions of the "taro milk tea" and none were like this (so i'm guessing this isnt the "normal")
2) The customer service lady had terrible attitude and didn't want to hear me out whatsoever
3) I am not saying Chatime overall is bad, it is just this branch and its customer service.

I'm so addicted to their hot taro milk tea with red beans and 30% sugar. I must drink it at least twice a week. 👍🏻😋😋😋

Delicious and refreshing teas in loads of different flavours. Wouldn't usually go past the pearl milk tea but the coconut pearl tea with 50% sugar is brilliant.. definitely a treat worth checking out

I usually order the pearl milk tea which is tasty. They do get busy at times and staff are not friendly especially when you try and redeem your birthday drink. They act as though they would rather you were not born.

Not much you can say about a chain store like this, the drinks taste great and the service has always been friendly. I'm a fan of the standard pearl/bubble milk tea from here.
