I did one of my scheduled Peugeout capped services there and they tried to charge me more plus they did not perform what they suppose to do and never followed up upon promised missed checks.

I had emergency service check of our Peugeot after it was towed away there(not my choice it was just closest service) and even though the car was new and under warranty they still asked me to pay.

This week my husband was asked to pay for his first 1000 km service of Nissan, when he picked up the car, with the claim they had to do some additional work (?) At the drop off it was confirmed this first service is free as per warraty. After he refused they quickly agreed that it was supposed to be free.

Sneaky and very, very unprofessional, we will NEVER go back there.

ALSOLUTELY THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH !
Below is just what I found after they working on my Xtrail.
I havent even mentioned how long it took for them to diagnose the issue with my car let alone get the parts in and fix it ( waited over 3 months) !!

Thanks Chatswood Nissan for the great service and warranty work on my X-trail!! Tried to use the car to tow my trailer last weekend and found the trailer lights weren't working. Instead of bringing it back to you and wasting another day (OR DAYS) I had a look myself only to find YOU LEFT THE FUSE OUT! Easily made mistake right... Only while I was putting the fuse back in I bumped the battery earth lead - IT FELL OF THE TERMINAL BECAUSE YOU FAILED TO TIGHTEN IT!!! ( it was completely loose, It was that loose it amazes me how the car even started all this time!! While tightening that I found YOU HAD NOT TIGHTEN DOWN THE BATTERY AT ALL!! So then I though to myself.. I wonder if you had even serviced the car at all or just charged the service fee and given the car back to me. So I thought I'd have a look at the air filter which the service invoice states "Inspected Air Cleaner Filter" ... HAVE A LOOK AT THE IMAGE AND TELL ME IF IT'S STILL IN A SERVICEABLE STATE ???? Now my question to you is ... HAS THE OIL FILTER BEEN CHANGED??? HAVE YOU EVEN CHANGED THE OIL??? The warranty work you did was on the ABS system.. HOW DO I KNOW YOU EVEN TIGHTENED THE BOLTS ON THE REPLACED PARTS .. ???? IS MY CAR SAFE TO DRIVE?????? BTW.. I'LL BE CALLING YOU THIS WEEK TO ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK FOR THE SERVICING AS I BELIEVE YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING ON MY VEHICLE THAT JUSTIFIES YOU KEEPING THAT MONEY!!!! ( I'M SURE NSW FAIR TRADING WILL BACK ME UP ON THIS)

Horrible sales staff named Roy! Want me to put down deposit for a vehicle he thinks is perfect but won't even let you see it before hand. They only attract customers in the name of cheap cars and are certainly far from being transparent about their products. I would never bother my head turning here again.

Worst place ever. Do not go there, and don't pay them a deposit.. likely you won't ever get it back

Sales people are horrible especially David- very rude

Not to mention the manager Damian doesn't even want to give back our deposit when it's subject to finance.

Horrible... the Nissan Chatswood owner should really know what your staff are like.. maybe you should fix our problem too.

I bought a Nissan Qashqai in August 2016 and upon delivery noticed that the bonnet was out of alignment on the passenger side. It was bought to the attention of the salesman and he said to log it as part of the first service at 1,000 klms.

As we live on the Northern Peninsula it was a lot easier for us to go to our local Nissan dealer for the first service, so we picked Col Crawford at Narrabeen. Yes we got the service done but the Customer Service person (and I use this term loosely) pulled out a bulletin "issued" by Nissan in 2014 stating that misalignments of up to 3mm were not covered by any warranty. Our gap was 3mm.

There was no discussion, no sorry we can't help you - nada - basically just read this bulletin and be on your merry way.

This was like a "Get Out of Gaol" card from Monopoly, for this dealership.

Is it just me, but in these days of laser cutting and advanced technology, there should be no panels that are ever out of alignment.

So I went back to the dealer who sold us the car = Chatswood Nissan on the Pacific Highway at Artarmon.

I explained the situation and the owner of the business simply said, make a booking with our Service Department and let us deal with it. So of course I made the booking and delivered the car, I said I would wait - because I was expecting to be shown the Nissan "bulletin" and be on my merry way again. One hour later the service tech comes into the waiting room and says .... you're good to go, its fixed. WTF !!!

Here was customer service being delivered in spades. I own two Nissans and I will never be going back to Col Crawford Narrabeen for any servicing. Their heart is not in it.

The sales team at Mildren Nissan are fantastic. Where they are let down is their service centre which has the same name but not connected to the business. This is the worst service centre I have ever experienced !!, Rude beyond words and completely dismissive with any request. I will never return to this service centre. If it wasn't for the great service at Mildren Nissan sales in Chatswood I would never of brought another Nissan again based on my experience from the Artarmon service centre. I now get my Nissan serviced at another Nissan service centre.
