Chatswood Rugby Club is one of the oldest rugby clubs in Australia, founded in 1912, with a rich history that continues to this day.

Training is on Thursday evenings at 7: 00pm. Come down for a run at Beauchamp Park, all are welcome!

Chatswood Rugby Club Description

Chatswood Rugby Club was founded in 1912 and is one of the oldest Rugby Clubs in Australia. The club boasts a fine Rugby tradition and a loyal membership of both players and supporters.

Wearing the green and gold that characterises Australian rugby through the Wallabies, Chatswood Rugby Club plays in the NSW Suburban Rugby Competition. This competition comprises 10 clubs with each club fielding at least 2 grade teams.

Chatswood Rugby Club is a community-based sporting club located within the Chatswood business district, our home ground is Beauchamp Park, Nicholson Street Chatswood.

Chatswood Rugby Club welcomes any new players or supporters to the club, and each year hosts one of the biggest contingents of overseas players of any club in Sydney. Chatswood has something to offer anyone interested in rugby, whether you're a local player, or a visitor from interstate or overseas.

As well as the senior teams, Chatswood Juniors have developed a very successful side to the club, with teams from the Under 7's to Under 18's.

The club's Union Affiliation is with the New South Wales Suburban Rugby Union.
