I brought my first corolla in this dealership one week ago and the customer service was very sensational. The staff named Eddy Zhang in the new car sale team helped me a lot, he is a nice guy and gentleman. As I was not understand the process of buying a car, he patiently and friendly assisted me with all the steps in purchasing a car. The manager there called Raff is very nice and helpful as well. If my friends need a Toyota I definitely recommend them go to Chatswood Toyota. BTW the coffee there is great(^-^)!

I have a fantastic experience in Chatswood Toyota, what a great place to buy cars. The showroom is big and bright, the customer service there is wonderful. The sale there called Eddy Zhang is a very good man. As I didn't know much about which car to choose ,Eddy Zhang explained everything to me in detail and spent a lot of time help me to pick the right car. He is very patient, polite and professional. Although there was a similar discount on the car as other dealer offer ,as the price of car was similar everywhere, I will prefer go to Chatswood Toyota for a better customer service and environment. Great customer service and very good environment for buying a car. One of the staff there called Eddy Z. is very helpful and a very nice guy. He is very patient and polite, explaining everything in detail. I will strongly recommend my friends to Eddy Z.. One things that I am very impress is that Eddy Z. help me to deliver my car to my home even he is on his day off!

The people here know what service means. They are good at what they do and I think they go out of their way to satisfy the customers. Service does not stop after they sold you the car. Impressive. Nice atmosphere and sharp looking, clean new building. Staff were polite and professional. Unfortunately we were not able to do a deal as they were not willing to match a price i achieved elsewhere.

I purchased my first brand new car from Toyota Chatswood. I was nervous about pushy sales people and did a lot of research before going in to make sure I wasn't pushed into anything. This was the total opposite experience with Toyota Chatswood. They exceeded my expectations and as a consumer, really made me feel welcome, and supported to make the right decision for me. All the staff were friendly, the show room was really nice, and coffee hit the nail on the head!

Alex the sales person was fantastic, right through the sale and aftersale. Ricky also in finance really helped settle all my concerns and a pleasure to deal with.

What ordinarily can be a challenging experience for a young first time car buyer was made easy due to the friendly nature of all staff, from the salesperson, Alex, that assisted me to find the right car for me to the business manager, Eddy, who organised my finance. I highly recommend if you're a first time car buyer to visit Chatswood Toyota they will make this milestone experience effortless and memorable.

Bad experience generally when buying a used vehicle.

Had a mixed experience here but overall they've left a good impression.

Full story: tried getting a 2015 Corolla Ascent ($22k) right before its EOFY deal expired on 31-Mar. They somehow mixed up the model year we wanted during discussions about the Corolla and Yaris and drew up a contract for the 2016 Ascent ($23k). I felt I was pretty clear that I was after the 2015, but that's neither here nor there since I've since gotten a 2015 from another dealer.

After we discovered the contract was for the 2016 model and they had already sold out of the 2015's, we were pretty miffed because we'd lost valuable time for finding a 2015 before the EOFY deals expired. Negative Google review followed about what we felt was a bait-and-switch.

HOWEVER, I got a call from the GM (Anthony) a few weeks later asking where their customer service had misstepped, and he spelled out the miscommunication from his end. Good guy, empathetic, and I'd say the phone call qualifies as Kaizen customer service. Big ups for that!
