Had my one month FREE service done here the other day. The receptionist was so easy to talk to, she booked be in for my service for the exact day and time that I asked for - she was so polite and professional. When arriving for my service I was greeted with smiles then went inside and the receptionist helped me make a coffee. 45 minutes later the gentleman who checked me in came over to me and my car was ready!!! with a free wash and vacuum and even a Tyre shine!!!! i'll see you in 5 months for my next service

On the surface, their service seems very professional. The service manager explains what needs to be done to the car and gives you his business card.

However, when there is a problem and you need to contact the service manager. You will realize that the number on the business card is not the service manager's direct line, but to the reception desk. Reception will always say the service manager is busy and will call you back (but never does). When you discuss your concerns with the service manager, he is condescending and uses the phrase "my mechanical knowledge tells me that....." repeatedly. My gut feel is the service manager is not even a trained mechanic.

I will take my car to someone else that would actually listen to their client's concern, rather than dismissing it.

These people are absolute crooks after the capped price servicing. They continue to up-sell services that are unnecessary and to make extra money. These includes fuel injector cleaning and air-con servicing. My air-con drainage pipe was perfectly fine before the service and co-incidentally blocked after the service. What should have been a $300-$400 dollar service will end up costing $900 with these guys.

Do yourself a favor and find a trustworthy local mechanic.

Just have my corolla service today, its a big service with 80000km. Very satisfy with Toyota service, thank you Paul (the advisor) for helping me solve the data issues and organise this service, very helpful and listen to my concerns of my car. Buses from Artarmon station to service centre, very easy to get there. Definitely would recommend people to come here! Thank you!

Had an excellent experience at Chatswood Service Department. Previously had car serviced at other Toyota dealerships, but wasn't until I took my Yaris to Chatswood that my drive belt issue was fixed. Very convenient, offered a courtesy bus, and even washed in and out of car! 10/10

I had my drivers side front power window fail. Other mechanics advised me it was the regulator and costs varied from $350 upwards. Nathan, the Toyota service manager, wanted to have a look first. I had no problem with this as he seemed friendly and helpful.

I dropped the car off the same day we spoke. He looked. Had the loose bolt inside the door refitted and I got the car back a few hours later. NO CHARGE!

One of a customers greatest fears is paying too much for something not needed or for nothing at all. Integrity and honesty is key and Nathan showed that in spades! Well done Nathan and the Chatswood team - I'm very grateful.

Happy here. I have an older vehicle and hey have never failed to warn me of what to expect next. With all their experience of Toyotas they will naturally understand what is due to arise with your one. Coffee machine is good in foyer and the courtesy bus is a bonus.

Have been using them for years, but for some reasons their customer service has become non-existent.
Had a truck smash mirror off my Prado and a plastic guard off the bull bar. Rang them to get it sorted. Got two different stories between the phone customer service and parts department. So I took the car in so they could assess the damage and get the right parts. Made a booking to come back in one week. Turned up and the service guy I had spoken too asked me who I had seen the the week before! I said ah um you. So he busily went looked at his computer and said no worries will be ready at the end of the day. Get a call later in the day telling me it won't be ready until tomorrow. So they keep my car over night. Pick up car next day 30 odd hours later and they have only done the mirror not the plastic guard as apparently needs to be ordered from Melbourne. So what was the point taking it in a week earlier so they could order the parts??? Anyway I said no worries I'll just get it done with my next service. So i have got around to booking in my service and I ask the girl about the guard. She can't even find my car in the system even though I been going there for years. So I specifically say I need to know they have this part as I don't want the same experience. "Ill get service manager to call you I have just emailed him". Don't hear any thing for days so I call again. Same response about getting manager to call me.... no call to date. Car was booked in last week I didn't turn up still haven't heard anything from them What is going on there?

I've been taking my Yaris to the Chatswood Service Centre in Artarmon for a number of years and have always had wonderful service experiences. The team are honest and trustworthy, and I know they'll take car of my "baby". Daniel and Nathan are always polite, efficient and provide honest advice/feedback about the service. I live close to Mosman Toyota but given the number of poor service experiences I've had there in the past, I'll always drive the extra distance to leave my car in the capable hands of the Chatswood Toyota team. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

A rubbish experience from start to finish. It amazes me how a business of this scale can be run so poorly. the product quality aside its not hard to show a basic level of customer service and customer care. I will be going to Sydney city Toyota from here on. If they think all of their customers are dumb lets see how many of the dumb dumb customers find a better dealership!
