Disgusting Behavior. - Would give Zero Stars.
Do not use these guys - reviews are clearly fake.
You give them photos, information, everything they ask for then they turn up say its going to be more than triple the price and threaten to not leave your house unless you have them $100. This was not advised in any phone call or texts - all in writing from them with quote and no mention of it. No receipt, no communication. Called to follow up and had to make 6 phone calls to get a response from the manger and only by chance he answered when i called otherwise they would have never called back. Not only that the contractor sent said 'oh yeah the people who quote dont know what they're doing and get the price wrong all the time'. Fabulous way to run a business.

**DO NOT USE** **OVERCHARGED**
The bill for cleaning was $230. I gave the cleaner $100 cash and my credit card for the remainder. The cleaner did not have a mobile merchant facility and so called his office to process the card payment. Fast forward a week and a half and I come to realise they charged the full $230 on my credit card.
When I called back they denied the cleaner took any cash. No ifs, no buts, just saying there is no proof I gave the cleaner any cash. No receipt or paperwork was issued. This company is dodgy as

Extremely poor & rude. Booked this in and confirmed for pet odour removal. Cleaner turned up 1.5hrs early for the job and told me he can’t remove pet odour (even though this was confirmed prior) then called the company number to which a man was super rude and raised his voice at me. Said they would try their best to remove 2 stains and I agreed for them to proceed. Then another phone call to the cleaner who then said “I’m not doing it” and walked out.

Really bad communication, the cleaner came across really unprepared & unprofessional. Definitely wouldn’t recommend these guys for anything if this is how they conduct themselves.

From the first phone conversation, I received professional service - I agreed to a one-hour slot for upholstery cleaning last week, and it was excellent. Professionals were capable, thorough, and pleasant, and the outcomes appear to be outstanding (carpet still drying). Excellent service at a reasonable price. I'd use it again in a heartbeat.

Cheap Cleaning Sydney - Carpet, Upholstery, Curtain, Tile & Grout Cleaning Services in Sydney did an AMAZING job cleaning our beloved couch! I called the day after Thanksgiving on a whim because cleaning this couch has been on my to do list for a while. I didn’t expect them to be available the same day, but they showed up a few hours later and completely transformed it! The couch looks as good as new. Highly recommend!

Poor communication & work quality. I booked a week in advance & called in the morning on the day to confirm. the lady who picked up the phone told me to call back on Monday without even checking my appointment detail first. After I explained that I’ve booked for an appointment, she confirmed everything is ok. I waited for 20 minutes at the premise, no one turned up, called the technician & he told me he called, the line got cut off so he went to another job & will attend mine in 1.5hours and that “I have more than 1 appointment, you know?” 🙄. I said I had been waiting here, standing in front of the premise the whole time. I received 1 missed call, no message left, so I called back immediately & no one picked up.
He turned up 1.5hours later to attend the job. Dry patches were missed, water puddles left on my kitchen tile floor.
Will never use this service again!

Good company, they arrived on time and had all the latest tools for cleaning. They went the extra mile to deliver a fantastic work. It is value for money and you certainly get what they claim for.

These guys are very good at their work and provide affordable carpet cleaning service. I called them up for cleaning my carpet they were very professional. After service is also good and I liked how the carpets are smelling. I am going to recommend them to my friends and family.

They came and cleaned our carpets today in our 3 bedrooms. They were professional, and careful. They helped move a few pieces of furniture as I couldn't help them since I am pregnant. They worked around the guys delivering furniture for our nursery and overall did a spectacular job. The carpets smell nice and I'm sure much cleaner since I watched the machine suck up brown solution from the carpet. I'm very happy with the service and with these gentlemen. I will definitely use them in the future as it was also at a good price point.
