Went in there with a budget. Told Oli what I wanted. Told him all the extras I'd like to also fit into my budget, and he got the job done! honestly the experience was quick, painless and fun. I turned up about 3 hours later to my bike fully built and ready to go. I know enough about riding to get myself into trouble and he wasn't condescending or rude. My questions were answered and I'll definitely be back.

Wow! Doesn't this shop look amazing. Oli and the team are doing a great job. I will definitely be back when the family needs some bike upgrading! Very easy to find, and even with so much competition around them, they continue to offer the best service and affordable bikes.

Felt ripped off by this business. Took my grandsons bike there for repairs and was given a verbal quote of $59 including labour. When I went to pick it up I was charged $117.00!!!!
Maybe do not trust their verbal quotes and make sure you get a written quote.
When I questioned the extra charges the shop assistant was quite rude and belittled me in front of other customers.

After searching far and wide at other merchants across Aus I recently tracked down a minor niche item that I required for my MTB at Cheeky who searched their spares and found what I needed. As small as the sale was there was no poor attitude and they made me feel valued.
I also found their in store stock range was quite wide compared to other bricks and motar stores with prices just as good as online stores and avoiding pesky delivery wait times.
