Competitive and Recreational Cheerleading, Dance and Tumbling

Cheer Energy is a recreational and competitive cheerleading gym in Castle Hill NSW, owned by an experienced cheer family who are spreading their love, passion and knowledge of the sport.

Cheer Energy offers classes in cheerleading, dance and tumbling, and runs a number of other high energy programs for athletes of all ages and capabilities. It really is for every ‘body’ – teaching independence, reliance, trust and commitment – no matter what level individual athletes perform at.

Cheer Energy is one of the largest Allstar Cheerleading gyms in the country and we provide our athletes with unique opportunities to showcase their passion for the sport. We also offer a semi-competitive program for those who are new to cheer, or those wanting to experience a competition.

Our fun, family-friendly environment, coupled with our positive coaching styles, means that all Cheer Energy athletes comfortably and confidently reach their full potential.

We teach our athletes about the importance of teamwork, while giving them the opportunity to achieve personal goals, build confidence, create lifelong friendships and most importantly, enjoy the sport.
