I bought 3 beautiful Japanese knifes from the shop and regretfully let a quack called Dr.Jerry in Willoughby sharpen them, to our horror this charlatan completely changed the shapes and thicknesses of them and they lost the sharpness I once enjoyed before and he asked over $100 for each knife! We took the damaged knives back to the shop, the staffs and the owner are so nice and friendly they corrected and sharpened all my knives for nothing, I have got my beautiful Japanese knives back! Strongly recommend beautiful knives from the shop and their sharpen business , DONT ever let anybody else sharp your Japanese knives!

Thoroughly recommend the knife sharpening classes. Really happy with the results I have been getting using the techniques these guys taught me and the stones I purchased.

Worst Knive shop ive been too. In my 15 years of buying knives for work. Staff rude and arrogant will not be back.

I got a knife from here 5 years ago, other than it getting blunt, the knife is still in amazing condition. I use it everyday! (Wooden handle)

Overpriced knives and stones, disgusting service and I will never return back here for anything. Went in looking for a new knife, then was told everything I've got is garbage and fake from the store attendant. You can get anything they sell here for a cheaper price online and you won't be condescended. If I could give 0 stars I would.
