A business who broke and damaged the glass in the living room in February. My family and I are honestly very disappointed at how they handled, responded and avoided the customer. I emailed and phoned them around 3 times and they claimed to reply after the boss recover from food poisoning. They have never replied and given a compensation for the damage they had done or at least offered any advice to help. If the cleaner had been more careful about the furniture in the house, I would not even have to write a 1 star review. Businesses should be responsible for the damage caused by their misconduct or at least be responsible enough to compromise with the consumer for a solution. Thank you.
Called them up after dropping liquid on my carpet in Surry Hills. They booked the job and came over in a couple of hours. Very happy with the outcome and the professionalism of the workers. Price was reasonable as well.
