Staff are very kind and helpful. Despite being closing time and on a Friday night they still helped us with the medicine we needed for our daughter.

Opens late night. Very affordable prices especially compared to priceline. Good service but extremely busy,
the only problem is there's no lines at the script pickup area so occasionally some other pushy demanding customers just cut the crowd and jump in front to be served before you. This isnt the pharmacy's fault but there's gotta be a system for this

This is the best chemist warehouse i have ever been to in Sydney.. love the options, staff. There is this one staff who is just amazing, Sammy or Sam not sure. He will cheer you up. Recommend to everyone

If I could rate this store lower than 1 star, I would.
Don't bother coming here because more than likely you will be treated rudely, despite greeting politely.

Good prices but can wait 45 minutes for script dispensing and then 10 minutes to pay.
That is after you find parking and worse still trying to get out of the car park.

Always good value. The parking in manic so go late a night or very early during the day. The staff are super busy but if you find one that isn't helping someone else, they are amazingly helpful and friendly.

Good customer service, they were able to hold my shopping until I went home and came back again with my wallet. Products are always in stock, which is very convenient and satisfying. Aisles are a bit narrow and soooo many people go there so it gets a little crowded in there sometimes. But overall satisfactory store and customer service.

Terrible customer service, manager tried to force me to buy item just because I opened an "unsealed" package. As he realised he had no rights for doing this and I would not take his attitude he "punished" me by not letting me buy my chosen hair products! What kind of management is this? Banning customers from buying products!! Haha you guys are not going too far...

Cheap prices at a social cost, some workers are rude, the aisles are too narrow and worst of all consumer law apparently does not apply when legal issues arise. Worst possible experience from this store

Nikola (apparently a mans name.. Not in Australia) store manager is very unprofessional lacks leadership, person and retail skills. Seems to lack self confidence which could be down to his acne, surely there would be something in the store that could help that...?

Rude security officer, nasty manager. Don't make any mistakes in this store. I smelled a dry shampoo and they tried to force me to buy it. No warnings. No signs. Just aggressive and rude staff. I would have happily bought it, had they asked me nicely not to smell the stupid dry shampoo and given me a warning, but the guy was so incredibly rude I thought nah, screw them. Who starts a fight with their customers over something like that?? Losers. Pharmacy staff and cashiers have always been nice it should be stated. They banned me over this. LOL

Went shopping and decided to return something 5 minutes later and staff lady decided it was suitable to ban me from the store for 2 years for that. Security constantly watching standing right next to me. Horrible. No one shop here

Rude, and overcharging for requesting no substitution of my medication from $6.20 to $7.35 although I am allergic to some ingredients and need to be careful what I take, it was not ok with Chemist Warhouse.
Ps they are connected to other pharmacies, thus they put notes next to your name on the computer.
We are not living in a free country, we are delusional if we really believe that.

Be warned: You can never make a mistake! They have 'added' to (taken away from, rather) our Australian Consumer Rights, in their Returns Policy.
I was dismayed to be advised that Chemist Warehouse will not exchange any 'edible' substance along with a string of other items, this being most of the contents of the store! My husband had simply bought the wrong cough mixture the day before and I went to change it. The seal was clearly unbroken on the bottle.

excellent service, competitively priced, knowledgable and happy staff, well stocked, easily accessible. A pleasure going here.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Worst chemist ever with untrained staff and unprofessional pharmacist. Came for a prescription high blood pressure medication, was nearly been charged double of its price. Been told that the script wasn't due. Confirmed with other chemist it was already due yesterday. They just want to charge more to put into their pocket. And they took forever to dispense med.
Now I do understand Chemist Warehouse is all about paying the low price to get the lowest service, or should say unprofessional service, but this is really the worst as they are trying to cheat you.

Was looking for facial product thats been low on stock, checked at one of the cw in Burwood and say eastwood still has 2 in stock. Got there day after. Looked on the shelf nothing there asked the receptionist just told me it's whatever that's on the shelf. When I ask her to check on the system to see if anywhere else still has it she didn't look too happy and had a big sigh ... so keep in mind it was midday and no one was lining up for checkout at that time...

Not very happy with the service... ended up finding out eastwood cw still have 2 on the system but they don't know where is it in the store ...I learn my lesson.. won't be driving to the next available store for the product because they probably don't have it aswell. Such waste of my time and effect.

Always a long wait for the cashier as an extraordinary number of people who come here buy large loads of vitamins.

Great shop can get anything here for health care really good place to get health medical care stuff

They do flu shots here, and their location is close to the train station so it's pretty convenient. The aisles are narrow so you bump into people a lot, and there are often very small children here so it gets a bit dicey.

Same as other CW shops, lots of health and beauty products available for cheaper price tag. good service from pharmacy too. But this shop doesn't have enough space. There are many narrow places enough only for one person. So if anybody checking something then you may need to wait till that person finish it and move .

Always cheap and best

Crowded most of the time. Difficult to get through the aisles to get what you want. Many products are still dearer than elsewhere. Not the best place to shop unless you don't have any other choice.

I am offering a watered down review of my bad experience at this shop yesterday. I'll just tell it as it happened; no nonsense, no BS. I made the mistake of entering this store yesterday. I've shopped here countless times, having been irked by the unnecessary bag searching like many other clients. But yesterday was on a whole new level. It started the moment I entered the store, where this Arab looking security guard at the entrance gave me a really disgusting look. It is important to note that I was bringing a black shopping bag with me.

He followed me around from a distance as I scanned the aisles. He might be doing his ‘job’, but I wasn't wearing rags. Even if I did, that wasn't an excuse to harass me. While walking about, I could feel his malicious glare. At this point, I forgot that I had a shopping list and because I forgot, I was soon at the exit. The same Arab douche ransacked through my bag. He practically turned my bag upside down. This was far from a routine bag search. When he was attacking my belongings, I told him ‘That’s only food.’ I was already outside when he told me to use a basket next time. As opposed to his earlier roughhousing, he said this very quietly, probably so only I could hear. If you're not a scumbag, then why would you suddenly whisper???

I got the distinct impression that I was targeted, just by the way he acted around me. There is no doubt that he abused his position as a lowly dog. Why couldn't he do the same to other shoppers? Why couldn't he tell them to show all their shopping, and ‘use a basket’ every time??

Sadly, I got the feeling that the shop didn't really care. I never received an apology from the crooked worker per se. Moreover, I never got an explanation as to why I was treated in such a way. When confronted, they didn't say the guard was wrong. Instead of being cooperative, they were extremely angry. In other words, the chemist outlet tolerates harassment by staff. The week before, when I swung by, he was a different person. What a difference a week makes. It is almost a foregone conclusion that they will get what's coming to them. If they don't replace that dog, this won't be the last complaint they'll cop. It is my sincere hope that, by sharing this review, others would be enlightened and be more versed on the cheap shots one of their security people dishes out.

Before, I wondered why not a few people gave them bad reviews. I also wondered why not a few clients have voiced their displeasure on rabid security who pilfer through their shopping like there’s no tomorrow. Until what happened yesterday afternoon, I wondered why. Having experienced the rabid treatment myself, by their Arab looking guy who works weekends, you could say that I am not wondering as much any more.

I saw one really negative review by a really angry customer today. His experience was sadly reminsincent of my ordeal yesterday. These things are not anomalies; they’re not exceptions. It’s a theme alert, a sorry reality, and it’s happening right now in that store. I just hope, in the wake of these complaints, that they would change their policies, and hire better security.

I don't know how the idiot chemists were able to obtain the franchise for this Chemist Warehouse, but there is no way I would trust them with filling in a doctor's script. Tried to purchase Ostelin with vitamin D & K which I have purchased online on numerous occasions & the idiot chemist resolutely advised Ostelin do not make it. After a yelling match & looking up her products, the chemist conceded it does exist. No apologies of course. Beware of their stupidity.

This place is standard as at other Chemist Warehouses. Customer service is average. Pharmacists are a little slow. Prices are better than at private pharmacies.

I used to shop at Chemist Warehouse regularly until I experienced this store. When I walked in, I was given an intimidating glare by the security guard, and when I left he insisted on checking my bags. This was highly embarrassing and inappropriate given that I was purchasing my personal feminine hygiene items, and having a strange man riffling through them was one of the most embarrassing events of my life. The fact that they never ask to search my handbag when I'm wearing my work suit, and only when I walked in wearing tidy casual wear, suggests that there is a strong element of discrimination against customers based on their appearance. I used to spend a lot of money at Chemist Warehouse, but after that intimidating experience, I now shop at Priceline.

Prices are always cheap. 2 stars because of the old lady spruiker as she is rude and acts like you owe her the free gift she is offering. The gifts are cheap rubbish anyway.

Large chemist with complete items and low price. They can even match to lower price if you show them the competitors' pricing. Sometimes they give 'prize' for buying certain minimal amount, especially if includes perfume. They do check bags upon exiting the store. Don't bother me at all.

Lady standing to give out free gift, she is very very rude. The worst person I can imagine.

If you want to feel and be treated like a heinous criminal, this is the place to go. Their forced extensive searches there are an absolute joke. People should know that staff or security can only ASK you to move things to give them a better look, but they CANNOT TOUCH ANYTHING and do it themselves, without your permission, unless obviously, they have further reason to check your bags, such as actually being caught stealing via CCTV. Do NOT let security TOUCH your things. This is YOUR right.

That fat lady on the microphone needs to get out. She's obnoxious and incredibly rude to customers. She has a habit of insulting customers in the shop over the microphone, if you want to tell someone something then turn the damn thing off. What is her purpose there? I'm sure no one likes the sound of this person so loud while they're doing their shopping. My rating for this place dropped 2 starts thanks to this woman.

I would have given chemist warehouse a 4 (or above) stars if I had reviewed this when I didn't cross paths with the blonde old witch with the mic and speakers, she is so rude and incompetent at her job with the things you hear coming out of that mouth! Every other staffs were nice and helpful. I thought Chemist Warehouse would have a better HR system in place, seriously!

It's just ok. The staff are nowhere near as knowledgeable as other chemists.
I do my own research so don't have to rely on their b.s advice. They will and do try to make you feel like a criminal. You DO NOT have to let security or anyone look in your bag..."no thanks" and keep walking. This goes for ANY shop. I have no idea why people don't stick up for their rights. Don't let these uneducated, low self esteemed, bully security guards intimidate you from your rights.
However, I do find most things to be cheaper at chemist warehouse.

Chemist warehouse Caringbah - I was given a list of medicines for my eyes from my doctor. I gave to list to one of their staff, she gave me a wrong medicine. I took back the medicine for a refund & to get the correct one. The girl I dealt with was exstreamly rude, she didn't want to exchange the medicine, would not listen to what I was saying. Considering they made the mistake I couldn't work out why the staff member was so rude. I would not recommend Caringbah store, The other chemist in Caringbah are very helpful

I just bought some medicine from the Caringbah store, then I found that calculates mistake on the recipe which they charge me 10more $. Then I come to the store again, they found the mistake and fixed for me. There is another mistake they were making that they returned the wrong money for me. And then I told them they need to pay me back the wrong money. Then, I told them for a while how the calculated mistake they are making. Finally I get my exact money back. I am so disappointed for the payment process. It waste my time. And they didn't say any apology for me and give me an angry face to me. I hope Caringbah chemist warehouse staffs can improve their customers service. Thank you.

Curt, rude, and vastly discourteous. One young Pharmacist refused to honour my Scripts. I phoned the Manager to ask why I was refused service and she said she was told by the young lass that :- "I decided I wanted to go somewhere else". It's 10 pm. Where else is a middle-aged woman in great pain going to go to fill a Script urgently. What a stupid excuse to tell your boss. If you see a Script from a major Hospital you gotta guess the patient is pretty ill.

Pleasant experience, bought a Maybelline lipstick that did not have the disgusting sticky security stickers all over it like the Hurstville stores. This makes it really difficult to remove and leaves a sticky and unpleasant residue. Happy to come back because of this!

staff are generally very rude , security treat you like everyone is a shoplifter.The asile ways are so narrow , its a disgrace they treat their customers like this. There are plenty of other chemists around who will give you good service and price match chemist warehouse prices for scripts. Just ask the other chemists to price match chemist warehouse and thye will do it.
People should boycott this branch until chemist warehouse realise that they cant treat their customers like garbage. Dont let them get away with it. This is not the only chemist warehouse where the customer service is very bad and staff are rude.

Are you after Sydney's cheapest cosmetics and personal care products? This is the ultimate place for medicine, perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care. Also they stay open for Really Long Time!

The one in Westfield is much MUCH bigger and spacious between isles and more customer service although it closes at 6-7pm instead of 9-10pm with the outside one. Thank you to the nice lady with purple finger nails and other insightful staff who helped explain the different probiotics of the Inner Health Plus varieties/range on 26 Feb 2017 in the Westfield store - highly appreciated it, it can be very daunting and confusing at first and off putting to even think about buying a new product from an unknown range.

Maybe the Westfield store should remain open till 9pm too like the outside one (Coles, Woolies and Bunnings Warehouse are all open till late too), and both stores need more clearer signage as to where different product categories are, the layout of products can be quite chaotic to any newcomer who isn't used to the bombardment of 'random signage everywhere' stores.

Good store, lots of cheap stuff. Its a lot cheaper than other discount chemists in the area. Staff are good and friendly. Only thing I don't like is if you get a bag they always put the catalogue in there.

Absolutely poorly run. I went in to have a perscription filled and said i would wait. They gave me a buzzer. 10-15 minute wait.....i could deal with, but an hour is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't tell customers it will be about 10 minutes to fill a script when its takes over 30 minutes.
Not much use having cheaper scripts if it takes 3 times longer to dependence them.

I took my kids to the doctors today and took my scripts to the chemist warehouse when i paid and left the shop i noticed the measurements looked to much for the kids to be taking i rang the chemist warehouse to ask if that sounded right. The lady who i spoke to was most helpful and tried to ring the doctors to clarify but office was closed she then said she would ring in the morning and then i ring her and not to give the children the medicine. Well at 10 tonight freezing cold the male pharmacists rocked and gave me the correct dose. Fantastic Service 110% happy thankyou chemist warehouse.
